Meet Eryk Frąckowiak and Team EYBERS
We are proud to introduce Eryk Frąckowiak, a dedicated DP2 student at ISOP and the Team Leader of EYBERS. Eryk leads a group of six enthusiastic high school students participating in the prestigious 2025/2026 CanSat competition organized by the European Space Agency (ESA).
Under Eryk’s technical and organizational guidance, the team is tackling a complex engineering challenge: designing, building, and launching a miniature satellite the size of a soda can. While the satellite will capture standard atmospheric data, EYBERS has set a bold objective for their secondary mission which is the detection and analysis of cosmic muons using a custom-built two-layer detector.
As the Team Leader, Eryk ensures that the project meets rigorous technical requirements while fostering teamwork and innovation. Through this initiative, Eryk and the EYBERS team aim to push the boundaries of student-led aerospace research and prove that young engineers can reach for the stars.
